The Board of Directors of the CRSF thanks everyone who entered the logo competition held earlier this year. There were many outstanding entries submitted from several provinces and the task of choosing one to represent the CRSF was indeed difficult.
All submissions entered, will be kept on file with the CRSF. Host committees for provincial and national competitions may contact these logo designers with the possibility of using their logo on a competition pin at a future event.
After much deliberation, a winner was finally chosen. The CRSF congratulates:
Merlin Charter of West Chezzetcook, Nova Scotia.
Merlin is a grade 12 student at Eastern Shore District High School. His winning submission will now be the official logo of the CRSF. A cheque for $100.00 was presented at the Canadian Rope Skipping National Competition on May 20, 2007. Merlin also received the very first new CRSF trading pin.
